The contract term is twelve months upon initial registration. After this initial term, the contract automatically renews for six-month periods. If you wish to terminate your contract, you can do so by email with three months notice.
No, the app is always free for customers. However, customers can only use the app in cooperation with a coach, as they create the accounts. As a coach, you can create an unlimited number of customer accounts at no additional cost. You also have complete freedom in the design and pricing of your services.
The Body Control app doesn't have its own billing system. This means you're not required to use specific billing methods or transaction fees/commissions. You can choose and use your preferred online payment method to bill your customers.
Yes, as a coach, you have the option to integrate your own content into the app. This includes your own exercise videos, recipes, foods, training plans, nutrition plans, and other content in image, video or file formats.
