1. What is the contract term?
The contract term is twelve months when you first register. After this initial term has expired, the contract is automatically extended by six months. If you would like to terminate your contract, you can do so by email with a notice period of three months.
2. Does using/downloading the app cost the customer anything?
No, the app is always free for customers. However, customers can only use the app in conjunction with a coach, as they create the accounts. As a coach, you can create an unlimited number of customer accounts without incurring any additional costs. You are also completely free to design and price your services.
3. Can you use the App as a Booking Tool or Billing System?
The Body Control app does not have its own billing system. This means that you are not required to use any specific billing methods or transaction fees/commissions. You can choose and use your preferred online payment method to settle accounts with your customers.
4. Can you use your own content?
Yes, as a coach you have the option to integrate your own content into the app. This includes your own exercise videos, recipes, foods, training plans, nutrition plans and other content in image, video or file format.
5. Can the app be designed?
Yes, you can customize your coach profile in the app. Upload a profile picture, add your qualifications and create text to represent your personal brand. You can also upload your own pictures and videos to personalize the app exactly as you want.
6. Can I also use the app for my studio/gym?
Absolutely! The Body Control app can also be used as studio software. You can create an unlimited number of customer accounts and several trainers can work with the same access. This makes the app ideal for use in a studio.
7. Why are you so cheap?
We, Tom & Chris, the founders and managing directors, are personal trainers ourselves and with Body Control we have created the tool that we wanted in our own work. Body Control is an all-in-one tool that saves the coach up to 90% of his time and money and does not require any additional effort. Our goal is to make the entry barrier to self-employment as a fitness coach as low as possible - both for part-time coaches and for young, motivated trainers who are just starting out.
